Stepper Motor Controller Board - GPIO Board

4 Channel stepper motor controller board. This board can control 4 stepper motors completely independently and concurrently. Hardware speed control, position counting and stop limits take the burden off the host PC. The device driver for Windows is responsible for acceleration and deceleration during movements. Command to the device driver take the form of "Move to X" or "Run at X". Movements can be controlled through a standard double joystick games controller. We recommend the Saitek P990 gamespad. The board is supplied with basic control software and the source code for the user interface.
As this board has a programmable device at its core (Lattice MachXO), the functionality can be change to do other input and output functions from a PC.
